Get to know me
Creating a space where you can be yourself. I became a trauma coach because I lived through it myself. For so long I navigated this world feeling dysregulated, abandoned, and at times never enough. I know what it feels like to be stuck in survival mode. To look fine on the outside but struggling deeply inside.
My healing began when I started to focus on myself and how I show up. I had to learn how to feel safe in my own body. I worked somatically through the body, learning my feelings were all validated. There were no bad parts to me. They were always there to protect me.
As I worked through my nervous system, something shifted. Compassion returned — not just for others, but for myself. I stopped fighting who I was and started listening. I began to see my pain not as something to hide, but as something that could be transformed.
My goal became clear: to turn my pain into purpose. With the help of the Lord, I have been carried through each step of this journey. Today, my work is rooted in nervous system education, emotional safety, embodiment, and self-empowerment.
You are not broken. Your nervous system has been trying to protect you. And with the right tools, support, and safe space, it can learn that it is safe to rest.
With Love,
